Shipping and Packaging
Once your order is processed, it will be produced and delivered to the shipping address provided through our network of hundreds of production and logistics partners.
We We ship to over 200 countries worldwide and have local production in 32 countries thanks to our network of over 130 printing partners .
Distributed production across multiple sites not only speeds up delivery times, it also helps reduce costs and carbon emissions and allows us to support local businesses.
Where are my products manufactured?
We are constantly expanding our product range and not all items are offered and manufactured at all locations. Sometimes we may route an order to another producer and ship the product internationally, rather than to the location closest to your customer. Where an order is routed is determined by an algorithm that ensures inventory availability, production capacity and logistics to ensure smooth and fast delivery.
Our local presence always allows us to produce 90% of your orders in the same country where they are delivered , and we are constantly expanding our network to include more countries and territories. We we ship worldwide in countries where we do not offer local production.
Please note that having production capabilities in a specific country does not necessarily mean that a product will be printed in that country, due to technical or logistical limitations.
We offer flat rate shipping rates on most products, meaning you get the same price to all countries in a specific geographic area .
Delivery times
The delivery time reflects the time it takes to produce and fulfill the order as well as the time it takes to ship the product to your customer. The average lead time (in business days) is between 3 days and 6 days for the European continent , between 4 and 8 days for the Americas, Australia, China and Japan and between 5 days and 10 days for the rest of the world. Delivery times vary and are determined by several factors, including:
- Product type
- Where it is produced
- Where it is delivered
- The size and dimensions of the order
- Production capacity
- Delivery method
Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery date includes:
- Completion time: the time it takes to create your products, which depends on the product.
- Shipping time : the delivery time from the printing partner to the delivery address, which depends on the country of production, the country of delivery, the chosen shipping method, the network status and other factors.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and are subject to change.
Delivery information
By providing correct shipping information, we will ensure that orders are delivered without any problems. Please keep the following points in mind:
- Shipping addresses for China, Japan and South Korea must be added in the local language due to shipping partners' requirements. For some fields, a limited number of Latin characters are allowed.
- The fields have a character limit (different for each field) - this is due to the requirements of the shipping partners. It is not possible to exceed the limit as it would not fit on the shipping label.
- For Brazil, some additional requirements are necessary to comply with regulations local tax .
Shipping options
We offer a combination of local and international shipping options.
For most countries you can choose between shipping Standard/Economy And Express :
- Standard/Economy is the standard delivery service. The delivery time for national standard packages is generally between 2 and 4 days.
- Express Shipping is treated as a priority by the shipping company and delivery is expedited. When delivery time is critical, we recommend opting for Express delivery.

Packaging
We have defined the most effective means effective and the most damage resistant to package our products to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements as well as the lowest damage rate.
How are framed posters packaged for shipping?
In most cases, posters and frames are shipped unmounted but together .
The posters are placed inside the package in a cardboard envelope which can be confused with a cardboard liner that protects the frame.
The frames will be delivered pre-packaged with corners and film, they will be placed in a flat packaging with resistant edges.
