Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products received, please contact us  within 20 days of receipt of the item and we will do our utmost to investigate and find a solution.

If our Quality Assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a free replacement order as soon as possible.

We would much rather resolve any issues and send out a replacement order to ensure you are happy with your order. If this is not possible or you cannot wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate this when you contact us and we will refund you.

Color consistency

We use the same printing machines, paper types and workflows as our printing partners to minimize color variations. That said, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. There are several factors that influence color, consistency and the final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, room humidity and when the machine was last cleaned, to name a few. Color variations that may occur due to the reasons mentioned above are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered by our quality guarantee.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content. If you wish to place a new order, we will bear the cost of the new order.

  • Lost Orders Policy

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 20 days of the estimated delivery date. We will be happy to send a replacement order.


  • Return to Sender Policy

Wrong address

If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of securely. If you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

Rejected by recipient

If you refuse the order upon delivery (other than a defective product), the shipment will be returned and disposed of securely. If you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

Unclaimed

If you are unable to receive your order at the address, shipments may be available for collection at your local post office or carrier's collection point. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to us. In these cases, please place a new order and contact us so that we can report the problem and arrange a refund of the product price for the new order (you will still be required to pay the postage for the new order).
